Ring: The Ring comprises of a circular dome top inset with 4 tiers of white fresh water Pearls in an open back setting. Plain 18KT gold d-shaped shank. Ring size= Q, can be resized. Ring weighs a total of 13.7g in total. Ring stamped ITALY - 18K. Circa 1960. Complete with a beautiful blue and white Chinese silk pouch.
