Antique 18ct Gold Pearl & Diamond Heart Pendant & Chain

A beautiful antique 18ct yellow Gold Pearl and Diamond heart pendant, comprising of a beautiful puffy heart shaped body inset with beautiful split Pearls. Beautiful Diamond center, comprising of 7 X .03ct Old Cut diamonds - Clarity= VS-SI - Colour= G-H - Total Diamond Weight= .21ct. Open back on the reverse. Pendant measures approx 25mm tall (including bale) X 20mm wide. Unmarked - Tested as 18ct Gold. Circa 1890.
