A gorgeous vintage 18ct yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond pendant, comprising of a beautiful .65ct claw set Oval Cut Sapphire (6mm X 4.3mm) center stone with a single .04ct Brilliant Cut Diamond set above. All stones set in a yellow Gold open back gallery with yellow Gold bale. Pendant measures approx 1.5cm tall (including bale) X 0.6cm wide. Stamped 750 (18ct). Circa 1980.
