A fabulous vintage solid Silver Yard-O-Led Diplomat propelling pencil with cylindrical form and lovely alternating engraved vertical geometric engine turn pattern and plain vertical lines. Empty cartouche. Clip signed YARD-O-LED with the British Lion assay mark. The cap is stamped MADE IN ENGLAND - PATENT No 422767. Pencil measures approx 12cm in length X 8mm wide. Hallmarked for London - 1967 - Y O L (Yard-O-Led) makers mark. In full working order.
