Vintage Silver & Rhinestone Art Deco Bow Brooch: A fabulous vintage Silver Art Deco bow brooch, comprising of an openwork bow design inlaid with beautiful Rhinestones in a rubover setting and Millegrain detail throughout the entire piece.
