A beautiful vintage David Morris 18ct yellow Gold Sapphire & Diamond heart ring, comprising of a beautiful rim set 1.30ct Cushion Cut Sapphire center stone, flanked on either side by two matching .40ct Heart Cut Diamonds - A further 5 beautiful Baguette Diamonds, channel set in each shoulder - Clarity= VS1 - Colour= F-G - Total Diamond weight .80ct. Ring size= I, can be resized. Ring has resize inserts which can be adjusted to suit size. Complete with original David Morris ring box. Circa 1980.
