A gorgeous vintage 9ct yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond heart ring, comprising of a beautiful velvet red Burmese heart shaped Ruby center stone, prong set and surrounded by Brilliant Cut Diamonds in a raised white Gold open back gallery. Shoulders also inset with diamonds leading to a 9ct yellow Gold shank. Ring size= N, can easily be resized. Hallmarked for 375 (9ct) London HG Ld makers mark. Circa 1980.
