A gorgeous vintage 9ct yellow Gold Ruby & Diamond cross pendant, comprising of a beautiful Round Cut Ruby (2mm) center stone, surrounded by 5 beautiful Brilliant Cut Diamonds - Total Diamond Weight= .03ct. Pendant measures approx 2cm tall X 1.2cm wide. Stamped 375 (9ct) - 003. Circa 1980.
