Vintage 9ct Gold Diamond & Sapphire Heart Pendant

A gorgeous 9ct yellow Gold heart pendant beautifully inset with three .025ct Brilliant Cut Diamonds interspaced with two round cut Sapphires of equal size and a further Sapphire set atop of the heart. Lovely forked bail. Pendant measures approx 1.8cm (0.7 " ) tall excluding pendant loop X 1.1cm (0.43 " ) wide. Hallmarked for London .375 (9ct) J S makers mark. Circa 1970.
