A beautiful vintage 18ct yellow Gold cluster ring comprising of a beautiful mid-blue oval cut Sapphire (5mm X 4mm) center stone, bezel set in a rub over setting. Surrounded by 10 very bright Brilliant Cut Diamonds set in a raised open back gallery. Total Diamond weight= 0.25ct. Ring size= S, can be resized. Stamped 18ct. Circa 1920. Circa 1970.
