A beautiful vintage 18ct white Gold Sapphire and Diamond trilogy ring, comprising of a beautful central bezel set .53ct Brilliant Cut Diamond centre stone - Clarity= VS1 - Colour= G. Flanked on either side by two Round Cut Sapphires (3.5mm). Rim set in an 18ct white Gold open back gallery. 18ct white Gold plain polished shank. Ring size= M, can be resized. Stamped 750 (18ct) - 053. Circa 1990.
