A fabulous vintage 18ct white Gold and Diamond stick pin, comprising of a horses head set with a variety of beautiful Old Cut Diamonds set in an open back gallery. Total Diamond weight approx .45ct. Contains a single Sapphire cabchon set for the eye. Horses head measures approx 1.3cm (0.45 " ) wide X 1.5 (0.55 " ) tall. Circa 1920.
