Vintage 18ct Sapphire Diamond & Ruby Torque Ring: A fabulous vintage 18ct yellow Gold crossover torque ring , comprising of 2 beautiful Oval Cut Ruby (5mm X 4mm) cabochons bezel set in either end. A total of 28 Triangle Cut Sapphires pave set in the shoulders. Interspaced by a further two bands of 8 Brilliant Cut Diamonds. Ring size= L, can be resized. Stamped 750 (18ct).
