Georgian 15ct Gold Emerald Cabochon & Diamond Ring

A fabulous and rare Georgian 15ct yellow Gold cabachon ring, comprising of a beautiful large green Oval Emerald (14mm X 12mm) cabochon claw set in a yellow gold claw bezel. Surrounded by 24 beautiful .03t Round Old Cut Diamonds - Clarity= SI -PI - Colour= G-K - Total Diamond Weight= .72ct - set in a Silver mount. Lovely Silver fleur-de-lis style shoulders further inset with 4 small Old Cut Diamonds in each. 15ct Gold closed back gallery with engraved border and shank. Some old damage to the back which can be repaired. Ring size= M, can be resized. Some marks present but worn. Circa 1830.
