Antique Silver Pair Cased Verge Pocket Watch

A lovely Early Victorian English verge watch in fitted Silver pair cases. Deep full plate fire gilt movement with decorative pierced and engraved cock and foot plate. Fusee and chain with worm and wheel barrel setup between the plates with turned pillars. Plain silver inner case with a large centrally placed silver cover to the winding aperture. Arabic numerals on a white enamel dial, gold hands. Has all original paper servicing reciepts in the back of outer case.Watch Made by Edward Hayward of Ashford Kent in 1844.
