Antique Russian 18ct Gold & Ruby Ring - A super Victorian Russian 18ct yellow Gold ring, comprising of a beautiful Oval Cut rich red Ruby (8mm X 6mm) center stone, rim set in a pierced open back gallery with Millegrain detail. Lovely open work quaterfoil surround with bead finials. Ring size= K, can be resized. Hallmarked on the outer band with Russian Hallmarks for 750 (18ct) and the triangle for Moscow.
