Antique Gold Filled Conch Shell Cameo Swivel Brooch/Pendant: A lovely Victorian 9ct yellow Gold filled Conch shell cameo brooch/pendant with swiveling centerpiece. Front side depicting a woman's head in profile beautifully carved in relief. The reverse side has a glass compartment which can be lifted out to place a photo inside.
