Antique 18ct White Gold & Diamond Heart Pendant

A gorgeous antique 18ct white Gold and Diamond heart pendant, comprising of a beautiful rim set .75ct Heart shaped Old Cut Diamond to the center. Surrounded by 10 leaf shaped panels in a lovely openwork design. Each leaf panel is inset with a further 3 Old Cut Diamonds and finished off beautifully with an outer border of 10 Round Old Cut Diamonds - Clarity= VS-SI - Colour= H-J - Total Diamond Weight= 2.25ct. Suspended from a beautiful floral holder inset with 3 Old Cut Diamonds with Millegrain detail. Pendant measures approx 3.5cm tall X 2cm wide. Unmarked - Tested as 18ct white Gold. Circa 1900.
