Antique 18ct Gold Opal & Diamond Heart Ring

A gorgeous Victorian 18ct yellow Gold Opal and Diamond heart ring, comprising of a beautiful polished heart shaped Opal cabochon (8mm X 7mm) with amazing harlequin colours and luster set to the center. Surrounded by 16 beautiful Old Cut Diamonds, claw set in the central raised, open back gallery. Total Diamond Weight= .40ct. Lovely scrolling, pierced shoulders leading to a plain 18ct yellow Gold shank. Ring size= R, can be resized. Hallmark present but worn. Circa 1890.
