A Jour Scarab Brooch: A beautiful Victorian 15ct yellow Gold & Amethyst Plique a Jour Egyptian revival scarab brooch, comprising of a beautiful central carved Amethyst in the style of a scarab with a round Turquoise cabochon in each claw. Beautiful greem iridescent green Plique a Jour wings. Pin stem and tube clasp on the reverse. Pendant measures approx 6cm wide X 2.2cm tall. Stamped 15ct. Circa 1890.
