Vintage 18kt Gold Mayors Pearl Sapphire & Diamond Hinged Bangle

A truly fabulous 18kt yellow Gold signed Mayors hinged bangle, comprising of two matching South Sea Pearl (8mm) terminals with good colour and luster. Two lovely Sapphire cabochons inset lower down and finished off with two beautiful hearts inlaid with three Brilliant Cut Diamonds. Bangle opens out from the hinge, measures approx 5.7 (2.25 " ) inside diameter when closed. Stamped ' 18KT MAYOR'S ' with Italian hallmarks.
