Beautiful raised, floral motif shoulders with lovely Millegrain detail, each inset with 3 Single Cut Diamonds - Total Diamond Weight= 1.35CT. Leading to a plain Platinum shank. Ring size= M. Stamped PLAT. Circa 1920.
