Vintage Italian 18ct Gold Bracelet & Fobs

A gorgeous vintage Italian 18ct yellow Gold bracelet, comprising of beautiful alterating plain and textured intertwined oval links. Bracelet measures approx 21cm (8.2") in length X 1cm wide. Bracelet has Italian hallmarks for 750 (18ct). Suspended are a lovely solid 18ct yellow Gold puffy heart charm (8mm) and a beautiful 18ct yellow gold pyramid shaped fob (18mm X 13mm) inset with Ruby, Emerald, Opal and Sapphire cabochon. Weighs approx 21.3 grammes in total. Circa 1980.
