Antique French 18ct Gold & Pearl Oval Picture Locket

A gorgeous French Victorian 18ct yellow Gold and Pearl picture locket, comprising of an oval body with a beautiful central Pearl (3mm) - rim set on an applied stylized panel. Lovely engraved border with a beautiful garland swag across the top and bottom. Beautifully engraved bale with lovely engraved pattern on the reverse. Locket measures approx 4.5cm tall (excluding bale) X 2.2cm wide. Stamped with the French horse's head hallmark for 18ct Gold. Circa 1880.
